William L. Werth
William Lester Werth’s battle with cancer ended on February 23, 2011 at the age of 62. In his final days he was surrounded by family and friends.
He is survived by his wife Marsha, two daughters Erin (Shaun) Legge and Megan (Michael) Izzo, Matthew Claudio, and granddaughter Fiona Legge.
Bill was an active member of the community. In the past, he served as President of the Bolingbrook T-ball Association (1986-1999) as well as dedicating fifteen years of service on the Bolingbrook Park District Board serving as president from 1995-1997. In 2004, he was the Grand Marshall of the Bolingbrook Pathways Parade. Bill was employed as a plumbing inspector for the Village of Bolingbrook, but his favorite roles in life were that of husband, father and grandfather.
Services for Bill will be at Bolingbrook McCauley Funeral Chapel located at 530 W Boughton Rd. Memorial visitation will take place Saturday February 26, 2011 from 10:00am till 12:00pm with services immediately following.
