  31. Paula Ginther says:

Dear Mike and wonderful family…….Bunny was always an ‘Angel on Earth’. She has now answered a call to be an ‘Angel in Heaven’. It is rare that we are blessed with such a genuine, pure presence as we have shared with this lovely lady! Although our hearts ache for your absence, we are all filled with so many wonderful memories of a true gem of a lady who always greated us with a smile and kind words of friendship! Our lives take us to many different corners to fulfull our destinies. Although Illinois is many multiple hours from Bridgeport, our memories may ‘flip through the pages’ of our yearbooks. There we will always remember Bunny! This may be done by looking at beautiful billowing clouds on a sunny day; the warmth of her hug through a spring or summer rain; the brilliance of the stars at night as we call her name and the stars respond; the soft falling snow and many other reminders of her pure love that will live on through your loving family. You are her legacy and her heart will beat strong in yours as you continue to share the love that she has taught each of you. Listen to her voice in your heart and let her dreams continue through your many acts of kindness. I relish my memories of Bunny and how she has touched so many people and will continue to do so through her family.

Home as you fondly called it. I enjoyed hearing the stories of Bunny and your family. I never realized what a sweet voice she had singing. I enjoyed the songs you played. May you know your classmates of Bridgeport High School, the class of 1972 will always have sweet memories of our homecoming queen, Bunny and our Mr. Football, Mike. As so many have said you two had a great love for each other and your family. She will always be with you in your heart. May God comfort you and your family as you grieve for the one you love,Bunny.

Information about Preplanning

Today more than ever, people are choosing to pre-plan or prepay for their own funeral arrangements. Such planning helps to prevent the surviving family members from having to make arrangements on short notice, reduces emotional strain and helps to ensure that the wishes of the deceased will be respected.
