Francis “Frank”  C.  Barnum age 84 of Bolingbrook passed away December 29, 2012 with his loving family by his side.  Beloved husband of Pola L.  (nee Barta).  Loving father of Cathy (the late David) Van Wyhe, Marie E. Lawrence,  Carol L. (Larry) Helton and Paul Lawrence.  Dear grandfather and great-grandfather to many.  Fond brother of Bob (Joan) Barnum.  Also survived by nieces and nephews.  Frank was a member of the VFW Post 5788, VFW Post 1128 and The American Legion Post 18 for 33 years.  Visitation will be Wednesday, January 2, 2013 3:00PM-8:00PM.  Funeral Service will be Thursday at the funeral chapel at 10:00AM.  Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Romeoville.
